Silly Lorry, Grouping is for Kids

One of my favorite things to do as a bookstore owner is to group books that have things in common. Sometimes it feels juvenile, like asking kindergartens to sort the blocks by shape, and now sort the blocks by color.  Perhaps it’s not juvenile… perhaps it’s an “Everything I need to know I learned in kindergarten” sitch.

This last week I grouped books by:

  • Dogs (because we see so many cute puppers at markets!)
  • Water damaged (only minorly, and now 50% off!)
  • Dragons (a favorite of Assistant SJ right now)
  • And back to school! It’s that time of year! I might not have curriculum, but I have lots of educational books and art materials to support learning!

Stop by Butte Farmer’s Market to check these collections and more!
